Hot Tub Ph 8.4 How To Decrease Pink Ph (8.4+) And Blue Alkalinity (240+) In A 375 Gallon Hot Tub?

How to decrease pink ph (8.4+) and blue alkalinity (240+) in a 375 gallon hot tub? - hot tub ph 8.4

Just fill out the spa for the first time yesterday with city water. The sides of the tub are not as clean as when it is completed, high alkalinity. Brown is the accumulation of rubbish on the banks of the water line. White papers on the pipes when it is started. Some chemicals that have been implemented from the pipe. The previous people who have been tenants spa uses without permission. After using half a bottle of pH down, we will have a few liters of vinegar and try to 5 cups at a time. 4-bands are so frustrated because we see no decrease. The recommended starting dose softsoak dye used 11 ounces, 2 ounces, and scale control, 7 oz soft cushioning and 2 ounces disinfectant.
